I have tried the VT COSMETICS CICA Reedle Shot 100, and this is not your typical serum. It gives that tingly microneedling sensation on application, which might surprise you at first, but that’s exactly how you know it’s working. The secret lies in its spicules (micro-needles made from natural marine sponges) that gently penetrate the skin to encourage renewal, while Centella Asiatica extract (a cult-favorite calming ingredient) helps soothe and balance things out.

The result? Skin feels smoother, pores look more refined, and over time there’s a clearer, more even glow. It’s kinda like home spa treatment in a bottle, and it gives that fresh, post-facial vibe without leaving the house. It stings a little at first, but my skin looked so polished the next morning.

The lightweight gel-like formula spreads easily, and even though the tingling can feel unusual the first few times, it fades quickly. I use it at night, a few times a week, and layer it with hydrating products afterwards.
